The Compliance function is accessible from the View menu. When selected, the system displays the available compliance functions available to meet federal reporting requirements.

Clicking on the New Hire W-4 icon displays Form W-4, which must be completed by new employees so that the employer can withhold the correct federal income tax from employee pay. The document (in pdf format) is pre-populated with basic employee data and contains interactive form fields–you may fill out the form on-screen and then print it. |
